Debt ceiling battle: Does it matter to your 401(k)? Some are hedging their bets
Republicans and Democrats have been in a standoff over raising the debt ceiling, and if they don’t reach an agreement soon, economic catastrophe could quickly ensue. Maybe even as early as June, according to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. That sounds pretty dire, with the clock ticking quickly toward that date.
